Starting from January 1, 2020 institutional funding.
Pursuant to Article 135, paragraph 2 of the Law on Science and Research (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 49/19 – hereinafter: the Law) and the Decree on Norms and Standards for Allocation of Funds to Accredited Scientific Research Organizations (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 90/19), in accordance with the Law on Budget of the Republic of Serbia for 2020 (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 149/20), and in accordance with the Decision on Financing Scientific Research Work in 2021, No. 451-03-9/2021-14 of 14. 1. 2021, the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of RS and the Institute for Serbian Culture – Priština in Leposavić signed an Agreement on the implementation and financing of scientific research work of SRO in 2021 in Belgrade on 5. 2. 2021, Registration number: 451-03-9/2021-14/200020 which regulates the mutual rights and obligations of the contracting parties regarding the implementation and financing of scientific research work of SRO in 2021, as well as the manner and conditions of transfer of funds for the work of researchers, overheads and material costs of research based on the submitted annual SRO Work Plan.
