Djordje D. Radovanović, PhD was born in Kosovska Mitrovica on August 10, 1990. As a fourth-year student, he was commended by the Faculty of Philosophy as the best student of the 2015 generation. He completed his undergraduate studies in 2016 at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Pristina with a temporary seat in Kosovska Mitrovica (Department of Sociology) with an average grade of 9.02/10.
He completed his master's studies in 2017 at his home faculty on the topic Attitudes towards corruption and students' experiences with corruption at the University of Pristina, with an average grade of 10/10.
During his doctoral academic studies in Sociology, he focused on researching the topic of interethnic relations, within which he wrote and defended his doctoral dissertation entitled Serbian-Albanian relations and ethnic conflicts within the framework of contemporary social changes in Kosovo and Metohija. Over the course of his doctoral studies, he was engaged in project III 47023 – Kosovo and Metohija between national identity and European integration, as a scholarship holder of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia, with engagement at his home faculty.
In 2025, he established his employment at the Institute of Serbian Culture – Pristina, with a temporary seat in Leposavić, continuing his research on interethnic conflicts, the social and legal status of vulnerable groups, including internally displaced persons from Kosovo and Metohija, as well as broader phenomena related to the issues of sociological and political phenomena in “crisis areas,” with a particular focus on the area of the Southern Serbian Province.
Within the aforementioned fields, he actively participates in national and international scientific conferences and has published works in international thematic collections and scientific journals.
